  2. Notes from the Game:
? Before we start, I believe this is the First Notes from the Game that involves a Game that was Called before Nine Innings of Completion. So that's a First. Well, onto the Notes then!
    – Mike Foltynewicz with another Rough Outing. Five Innings of Four Run, Five Hit Ball, Walking Four and Killing Five Pirates. He gets a No Decision, and his ERA stands at 6.02.
+ However, the Bullpen did a great job of limiting the Pirates the Rest of the Way. Three Pitchers Combined to go Three Innings of work, Allowing only One Run on Four Hits, Walking Nobody and Killing an additional Three Pirates!
+ Touki Toussaint gets the Win in Relief, going 1 2/3 Innings of of Scoreless Baseball, Giving up only Two Hits and Killing an Additional Two Pirates. He Improves to 4-0 With an ERA of 4.00. He's certainly made Strides since going into the Bullpen.
+ A.J. Minter makes his return to the Majors and performs… okay. One Inning of work, but gives up One Run on One Hit, and Killing an Additional Pirate. His ERA still remains at a Dangerous 9.75.
+ Anthony Swarzak Finishes the 8th, allowing only One Hit, but otherwise finishing the Job. His ERA Stands at 3.33.

+ Once Again, The Braves' Bats Chopped their way to Victory Tonight, and it was a FIREWORKS FEST! Seven Runs on Five Homers and Ten Hits. Just a Sight for the Eyes to See!
+ Josh Donaldson (9), Nick Markakis (6), Brian McCann (4), and Ozzie Albies (10) all Homered in the Bottom of the Second Inning. Donaldson and Markakis went Back-to-Back, then McCann and Albies made an Encore Performance of their Own!
+ B-MAC WITH A NIGHT TO REMEMBER! 2-4 with Two Super Missiles and Four RBIs. McCann is now batting .282 with an OPS of .805.
+ Nick Markakis is starting to ROLL! 1-2 with a Solo Super Missile and Two Walks. He's now batting .278 with an OPS of .809.
+ Ozzie continues to play some Great Baseball! 1-3 with a Solo Super Missile and a Walk. Albies is now at .270 and .783 Respectively.
+ Josh Donaldson may have his appeal pending, but he isn't slowing down! 1-4 with a Solo Super Missile. The Bringer of Rain now stands at a .237 Average and .784 OPS.
+ Other Notables: Ronald Acuna Jr. and Dansby Swanson both had 2-4 Nights, and Austin Riley Record a Single and finished 1-4. The Only Starters to NOT Record a Hit were Freddie Freeman (Surprisingly) and Mike Foltynewicz.

+ Overall, though this Game ended Prematurely, The Braves had yet another Offensive Showing that led to a Win. Folty may have struggled, but the Offense and the Bullpen picked him up and ensured a Victory Tonight.
+ Unfortunately, The Phillies Beat the D-Backs 7-4 Tonight, so The Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Phillies remain at a DEADLOCK for 1st in the NL East at 38-29. Both Teams are Not Backing Down, and I don't expect them to!

    Tomorrow:
Round Three of this Four Game Showdown between the Pirates and Braves will take place under the Lights of SunTrust Park. Mitch Keller will make a start for the Pirates, Who was just called up from AAA after a Five Inning, One Hit, Three Walk, 13-Kill Performance Against the Toledo Mud Hens. For the Braves, It will be up to Mike Soroka to take up Battle Stations and Ensure a Vengeful Series Win against the Pirates. Last Time Out, Soroka Pitched a Masterpiece, giving up only One Run, Three Hits, and Two Walks against the Miami Marlins. Can Soroka Pitch the Braves to a Sixth Straight Win and a Series Victory against the Pirates? Or will these Yinzering Buccaneers be ye Trouble to our Beloved Treasure, Mike Soroka? Ye Shall Find Out at 7:20 PM EDT on ATT SportsNet PITTSBURGH (Pirates) and FOX SPORTS SOUTHEAST (Braves)!

    SoundFX09, Signing Out!

  18. Funny story I work for a limo service and during the off season I had to drive Chris Archer on a 4 hour trip. We talked about how I’m a Braves fan and he told me to get Ozzie Albies out you don’t have to throw him strikes. What happened Chris? 😂
